Overview

Our Analytics Team is seeking a customer-focused Project Manager capable of leading all aspects of projects for various clients. This role requires a solid project management background and the ability to lead multiple tasks simultaneously. We are looking for a proactive problem solver with strong analytical skills to ensure project success.

About You:

You demonstrate proficiency in project management methodologies and have a track record of successfully leading projects of varying sizes. Your financial competence ensures projects stay within budget, and your talent for forming relationships fosters effective collaboration with clients. You are adaptable, resourceful, and excel at handling competing priorities.

What you’ll do:

You will lead delivery of multiple higher complexity projects ensuring that they stay on time, on budget and within scope. You will create project status documentation, collaborate with the client, maintain the project finances and resources. Your leadership will help to align projects with program objectives, mitigate risks and resolve issues. While embracing and championing EPMO governance policies and procedures you will deliver quality of work for each of the following project management domains.

Scope Management

  • Supervise development of project scope and facilitate approval processes.
  • Ensure adherence to project scope throughout the project lifecycle and monitor traceability of project requirements.

Resource & Communications Management

  • Identify project resource needs and costs across multiple areas.
  • Coordinate staffing and resource allocation while identifying and addressing any resource constraints.
  • Identify and engage all impacted internal and client team members.
  • Develop engagement, communication, and training plans.

Financial Management

  • Achieve corporate realization and profitability targets.
  • Handle project financial planning, forecasting, budget reconciliation, and invoicing activities ensuring accuracy.

Schedule & Integration Management

  • Build and maintain project timeline where applicable.
  • Collaborate with Agile teams to ensure project deliverables are completed on time.
  • Facilitate project kickoff meetings and client engagements.
  • Handle interdependencies among project tasks and coordinate solution delivery across practice and solution areas.

Quality & Performance Management

  • Ensure quality of delivery on all assigned projects and conduct lessons learned activities.
  • Achieve/exceed corporate customer satisfaction goals.
  • Track and communicate project health and progress to all impacted groups.
  • Regularly report on project status (budget, scope, schedule, resources, etc.).

Risk/Issue Management

  • Identify project risks and lead development of mitigation strategies.
  • Serve as a point of contact for addressing project issues as they arise.

What you’ll need:

  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field such as business administration, project management, or a related field
  • Preferred certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
  • 5+ years of experience in project management or related fields
  • Digital and content creation/management experience preferred.
  • Experience in Agile methodologies, systems and processes.
  • Strong experience with PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Jira, monday.com, and Workday experience preferred.
  • Experience in risk management, budgeting, and resource allocation.
