About Rondo Energy
Rondo Energy's mission is to eliminate 15% of global CO2 emissions in 15 years.
To accomplish this mission, Rondo is deploying low-cost, zero-carbon Rondo Heat Batteries to accelerate the deployment of renewable energy and to significantly decarbonize industrial processes that are commonly thought of as "difficult-to-decarbonize". Our Heat Batteries charge from intermittent renewables to provide high temperature, continuous heat for customers safely, reliably, at an unprecedented 98% efficiency - and at a cost point that is lower than any other method.
We are looking for an experienced, driven Project Manager to join our team and repower industrial heat at scale. This role is extremely dynamic and will have a large huge impact on the scaling and deployment of RHBs (Rondo Heat Batteries)!

What You Will Do (key responsibilities for this role include but are not limited to):
- Be the liaison between the Application Engineering/Business Development Team and Project Delivery Â
- Drive project execution from scoping through delivery FEEDÂ
- Manage and coordinate a team of internal and external team members to meet project milestonesÂ
- Develop Requests for Proposals, engage third parties and support contract developmentÂ
- Oversee the development and actively contribute to project cost estimates, schedules, status reports, and FEED project deliverablesÂ
- Partner with key team members to ensure visibility and alignment Â
- Generate execution plans, phase reports, cost estimates and schedulesÂ
- Perform Project Controls functions such as cash flow modeling, earned progress tracking, and maintaining change and trend logsÂ
- Partner as a technical liaison between customers and engineering teams Â
- Communicate schedules, dependencies, issues, and risks across teams and to stakeholders Â
- Support the development of strategic plans, goals, and objectives Â
- Socialize ideas, make recommendations, develop plans, and gather consensus to move forward Â
- Produce weekly status reports and attend weekly status meetings Â
- Assess risks and identify solutions to timely, efficient achievement of program goals Â
- Lead program scoping with Engineering, Project Delivery, and senior leaders Â
- Keep senior executives and business teams updated on project timelines and results Â
- Align stakeholders to organizational goals and outcomes, creating engagement and empowering teams. Â
What You Will Bring:
- Bachelor's or Graduate's Degree in Business or Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent experience Â
- +10 years experience of leading complex technical manufacturing or construction projects Â
- Proficiency with Agile and or other project management platforms  Â
- Ability to both collaborate and lead Â
- Critical thinking and problem solving Â
- Sound business acumen and ability to prioritize tasks Â
- Proven track record of continuous improvement initiatives Â
- Strong communication and presentation skills Â
