Project Manager

Purpose:
As a Technical Project Manager, you will be leading teams to bring to market cutting-
edge technologies. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with the drive and
enthusiasm to lead teams in solving challenging problems. You will be the main point
of contact for the team and will be responsible for project success.
Essential Responsibilities:
• Lead and direct product development teams in the creation and delivery of
high quality products within committed time frames
• Create and maintain release plans and schedules
• Collaborate with the product team and other subject matter experts to elicit
requirements and ensure clarity
• Plan and execute Agile/Scrum methodology acting as the Scrum master for
his/her development teams
• Identify risks and issues throughout the project, create and execute mitigation
strategies as needed
• Promptly escalate unresolved issues to Senior management
• Gather and report metrics. Find ways to continuously improve team
productivity and performance, including ensuring smooth onboarding into
project.
• Ensure that project documentation is created and maintained
Other responsibilities:
• Participate in the planning and development of the technical culture of the
company.
Work Environment:
• The work environment is typical of a small office, open cubicle work area.

Qualifications:
The following are the mandatory requirements.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant software project/program
management experience
• Past experience working as a software developer is a PLUS
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments is a MUST - CSM preferred
• Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
• English proficiency level C1 or better
• Be self-motivated. Must be able to anticipate problems, and take a proactive
approach towards their resolution
• Strong interpersonal skills
