Job Summary

We are looking for individuals who think outside the box, thrive on challenge and the success of our customers. As Project Manager, the candidate will be responsible for the safety of the team, compliance with OSHA and LOTO procedures, proper delegation of work to the team members to meet project timelines and quality expectations of the customer, tracking progress of the job through Microsoft. This individual will need to travel to customer job sites, which could be out of state. Jobs can last from 1 to 3 weeks, on occasion longer. Project and are responsible for implementing the best practices to accomplish the customers needs.

Responsibilities

• Ability to understand the immediate needs of the customers and formulate creative action plans
• Coordinate with corporate team to mobilize all resources necessary including labor, materials and equipment
• Tracking and timely submission of expenses to accounting for invoicing to the customer
• Monitor and ensure compliance with OSHA and LOTO procedures
• Participate in daily meetings with customers, vendors and suppliers
• Delegates of work to the team members to meet project timelines and quality expectations of the customer

Requirements

• Bachelors Degree or equivalent
• 15 years of experience working with manufacturing rebuilds
• 10 years of experience working in an industrial setting in one or more of the following:
• Controls design
• PLC programming
• Robotic or CNC programming
• Maintenance of industrial equipment
• Electronic Diagnosis and repair
• Machine Troubleshooting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Reliable and punctual
• Valid driver’s license
• Professional demeanor and appearance
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
