Job Description

Essential Job Functions• Serves as the central point of contact related to all Projects assigned within their portfolio.• Works closely with Sales Team as the initial hand-off contact upon execution of new client contracts. Works closely with Executive Director Project Management and other GetixHealth Leadership to receive assignment of internal Projects for implementation management.• Creates the initial project charter detailing program scope and outlining the objected project goal(s).• Creates and maintains project timeline schedules.• Assembles implementation team resources for project assignments.• Assigns responsible parties with designated action items and due dates.• Publishes meeting agendas and meeting minutes.• Drives and documents project progress. Identifies challenges and escalates appropriately to negate risk and prevent delays to timeline.• Ability to communicate and negotiate skillfully to mitigate potentially detrimental scope changes that may derail project from intended goals.• Gains concurrence, approval, and consensus from stakeholders regarding the various project aspects, adjusts accordingly.• Manages costs, schedules, and quality by overseeing project deliverables. Ensures schedule and budget are met. Identifies need for changes and revises within established guidelines/policies as appropriate.• Performs ongoing review of project status; identifies project risks. Develops, recommends, and implements risk mitigation solutions as approved and as appropriate.• Interfaces with team members and stakeholders to anticipate and manage changes to projects such as but not limited to, technical requirements, business requirements and schedule. Determines when additional resources are needed and implements same.• Manages mid-level management clients, company management and project team expectations for agreed upon project performance by obtaining and providing project metrics. Recommends and implements changes or alternate paths based upon performance and metrics.• Oversees assigned PMO personnel for projects. Assigns work and provides direction for timeliness and completion of project objectives. Addresses performance issues within prescribed guidelines.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred• Prefer two to five years of project management related experience. Physician billing experience a plus.• Must be proficient in basic computer and business solution software including MSOffice (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), MSTeams conferencing and Salesforce. Skilled in common project management desktop tools as well.• Working knowledge of industry EHR platforms, such as EPIC, Cerner, Meditech, MS4, IDX, NextGen, HBOC-STAR, etc.• Working knowledge of Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) collection platforms such as Artiva HC, Artiva RM, Columbia Ultimate Business Solutions (CUBS), FACS, NextGen• Working knowledge with secure data transfer methods and system connectivity (i.e., HL7 files, Citrix, VPN, SFTP)• Proven experience working with project management methodologies, including budget development, project planning, control, and assurance methodologies, including the techniques and approaches related to the architecture, development, integration, and deployment of project phases.• Experience working with productivity and methodology tools that increase project efficiency and effectiveness. Experience working with administrative processes, finance accounting.• Experience working with client vision, business objectives, and critical success factors. Understand delivery expectations, assurance principles and appropriate procedures relevant to the Project.• Strong understanding of revenue cycle management services is a must.• Must have a strong understanding of Payment Card Industry (PCI) compliance, HIPAA, HiTrust security requirements and Personal Health Information (PCI) privacy laws.

Other Qualifications• Strong communication and organizational skills. Display creative, analytical, and problem-solving tactics.• Strong sense of urgency and follow through skills.• Solid interpersonal and presentation skills for interacting with C-Suite, VP and Director level client contacts, Company management, and Project team members.• Possess human relations and leadership skills to train, guide, motivate and mentor the work of Project personnel.• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Be flexible to change, and work within formal in-person teams and remote network environments. Position does not adhere to a uniform 8:00 am -5:00 pm M-F schedule, and flexibility to work outside these hours is expected based upon client and Company needs.• Must meet minimum technical specifications for remote working conditions. Willingness to travel.
