Who we seek:

A client-facing project manager who will be assigned to work with our enterprise customers, driving solution deployment and customer roll-out success of BigID implementation projects. 

What you’ll do:

  • Work closely with client stakeholders in order to define project objectives, scope, business requirements and associated timelines
  • Plan implementation engagements and deployment efforts with BigID and client stakeholders while managing client expectations
  • Engage with multidisciplinary internal and client teams to ensure a smooth rollout of BigID solutions and successful integration within customers’ environments
  • Prioritize project tasks, effectively communicating project status, updates and changes internally and externally, and working with the project team in order to meet tight deadlines
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
  • Create customized diagrams, documentation, or process runbooks meeting specific customer business requirements
  • Work closely with our Services, Support, Engineering and Product Management teams in order to document product issues, enhancement requests raised in the field, and create and update relevant customer-specific documentation

What you’ll bring:

  • 3+ years of project management experience within the Information Technology/ SaaS space
  • 2+ years in a customer-facing role managing enterprise software implementation and/or hands-on technical activities within enterprise environments
  • Self-starter
  • Ability to demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience with other privacy, data or security products
