Project Manager

Details:

A Project Manager/Engineer job is currently available at Belcan in Evendale, OH 45215. This is a full time, direct hire position with full benefits. Great matching candidates will have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and 5+ years' of experience in project management, ideally with some in the aerospace industry.

Primary tasks will include:

* Participate on integrated, multi-disciplinary design teams and interface with the product owners and team leads to

understand system and program requirements.

* Support the IPT leader and sub-section manager with various engineering tasks, as designated

o Manage the risk registry and risk mitigation reporting

o Manage the mMRL / TRL plans (non-key technology) and communicate status updates

o Ensure compliant program execution through accurate tracking, communication, and team

collaboration of design review action items, data record books (DRB), interface control documents

(ICDs) status, and DCIDs

o Develop and track action plans to ensure and improve timely execution on security, IT, facility/EHS,

and other daily operating rhythm activities.

o Writing key test preparation documents such as TPSs

o Update daily management in support of weekly operating review

o Other tasks as assigned

* Support the cold section cost account manager (CAM) in executing monthly EVM processes. This may include:

o Updating status of work packages

o Format 5 reporting

o Budget Change Requests (BCRs)

o Product Control Board (PCB) presentations

Required Qualifications:

-BS in Engineering or a related field

-Ability to obtain US Government Security Clearance(MUST be a US Citizen)

-Working knowledge of CAMEO, Teamcenter, and MS Office

-Required to work on site in Evendale

-Project Management experience

-US Government Security Clearance

We provide a competitive pay and benefits package. This position offers a pay range of $91,520 to $114,400.
