PROJECT MANAGER

Project Manager - Tyndall AFB, FL

JOB SUMMARY:

BB&E is seeking a Project Manager supporting NATO Airfield Pavement & Air Traffic Services under the IMPESS Contract onsite at Tyndall AFB, FL.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Demonstrate experience with NATO organizational operations and standards.
• Demonstrate experience in developing NATO convening Orders, Position Papers, Liaison Reports, and Information Exchange briefings.
• Demonstrate experience in developing and coordinating STANAGs, Air Standards, and Supplements to ICAO documents.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree or higher.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:

• Must possess minimum of fifteen (15) years' experience in development of engineering standards, at least ten (10) years of experience must specifically involve development of NATO standards.
• Ten (10) years' experience in coordinating technical publications with DoD and other federal agencies.
• Must have detailed understanding of ASTM test requirements as well as Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) and International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) airfield and pavement design guidance.
• Must have experience coordinating meetings and developing presentations on technical issues for international audiences.
• Experience in use of MS Office Suite including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• US Citizen and active DoD Secret Security Clearance.

• May also be required to stand, walk, and sit; talk or hear; both in person and by telephone; use hands to finger, handle or feel objects or controls; reach with hands and arms.
• Regularly required to stoop, kneel, bend, crouch, and lift over 25 lbs.
