The Project Manager role plays a critical part in the corporate team by managing all aspects of exciting projects, from inception to close, ensuring efficient project management methodology is applied and deliverables met throughout the lifecycle. This role is onsite at the corporate office in Louisville, KY and may include up to 15% travel.

Some details of what you will do:

  • Oversee an individual portfolio of projects in multiple phases and geographic locations
  • Lead and facilitate planning sessions to assist in determining project approach and overall timelines associated with project requirements
  • Create detailed project requirements documents and task-level project plans to organize cross-functional teams
  • Ensure critical dates are defined and delivery dates are actively managed
  • Direct, negotiate and manage conflict resolution / conflict management to ensure cross-functional team members, often with disparate priorities, remain focused on project objectives
  • Ensure the required tracking and reporting take place
  • Provide clear communications through strong written and verbal communication skills and have the ability to communicate clearly, concisely and tactfully with all levels of the organization
  • Peer review work of teammates and provide appropriate feedback

What you need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Management, Information Technology, or equivalent
  • Minimum of 5 years of Project Management experience
  • Ability to follow-through and manage the challenge of multiple priorities under deadlines.
  • Working knowledge in the use of industry standard Project Management methodologies and tools
  • Ability to quickly adapt to change, operate under deadline pressures, and efficiently manage time with multiple projects

It's the icing on the cake if you have these:

  • Graduate Degree in Business or Information Technology
  • Demonstrated experience with KeyedIn PPM and all MS related products
  • PMP Certification through Project Management Institute
