The Auto Dealership Industry group is seeking a Project Management Senior Associate. This role will be an integral position in the technology and emerging growth practice area and the person will work closely with our dedicated team to ensure accurate and timely communications and ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and within the required timeframe.

How You’ll Spend Your Time: 

• Managing and coordinating projects to be on budget and on target for completion for the required due dates
• Managing Project Management software
• Tracking constantly moving client/prospect contact list
• Following up with proposal/pipeline status from Managers and Partners
• Assisting with onboarding of new clients and coordinating with all internal team members
• Coordinating with the Tax team for Centralized Firm initiatives such as Centralized Tax Processing, updating XCM, assisting with preparation of Engagement Letters, and assisting with adherence to all firm policies

• Required Education Level: Bachelor’s degree
• Required Years of Experience: 2+ years’ experience
• Strong project management skills
• Strong personal and communication skills both written and verbal; able to adapt to a variety of styles and personalities
• High sense of urgency and ability to project manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability to work with several technology platforms including Microsoft Office suite and learn our project management platform
• Reliable, productive, and self-motivated; able to work well under pressure
• Bring Out of the Box ideas
• Able to learn and adapt to new and complex procedures quickly
