Job Title: Project Manager (4G/5G Networks)

Job Location: Dallas, TX (Onsite - Hybrid)

Roles/Responsibilities (Day-to-Day candidate's responsibilities) : • Administration of Rakuten Symworld platform based on customer requirements, which involves updating views, tasks, jobs, user roles etc. • Configuration of Master data within Rakuten Symworld which will be used by FFM and Site Manager. • Ability to develop workflows with in IWM based on the Process Flows defined by BA. • Ability to develop views and other integrations with Rakuten Symworld. • Must understand Open RAN and/or SymWorld/IWM

Required Qualifications: • Bachelor's Degree • 10+ years of relevant work experience. • Prior experience in 5G Networks. • Project management experience. • Strong decision-making and leadership abilities. • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities. • Ability to handle multiple complex projects simultaneously. • Knowledge of wireless telecom business practices, including accounting, finance, revenue assurance, taxation, billing, customer care, legal, device management and network operations.

Technical Skills: • Products: Symworld/IWM, Site Manager, Field force Management • Technologies: Java, BPMN2, Git • Telco Domain: Open RAN, 5G, 4G, Network Planning and Engineering

Salary and Other Compensation: The annual salary for this position depends on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
