About the Role:

Ready to take your PM skills to the next level? Lakshya is seeking a Project Manager to join our team and lead the charge on a high-profile engagement with a Microsoft game studio. Use your expertise and passion for game dev to elevate our services and level up our team's performance.

Responsibilities:

• Own production and oversee every aspect of the process
• Track and optimize tasks vs. team capacity like a boss
• Analyze data and create charts, graphs, and trendlines to measure success
• Report to the Sr PM and client with weekly/quarterly reports
• Represent Lakshya as main client point of contact and project authority
• Manage time tracking and approvals with ease
• Handle invoicing and financial tracking like a pro
• Onboard new team members and set them up for success
• Manage recruiting pipeline and source top talent
• Lead and motivate your team of direct reports to success

Requirements

Requirements:

• 3+ years PM experience in software, specifically game dev
• 2+ years leading a team of direct reports
• Creative problem-solving skills and entrepreneurial spirit
• Curious mind with a desire to challenge assumptions
• Client-facing with a friendly and professional attitude
• Takes ownership and accountability like a boss
• Time management and prioritization skills fit for a hero
• Logical and systematic thinking with ability to anticipate risks/needs
