About the role/ About You: 

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and manage a newly formed team and bring a product to market. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing technical projects, leading teams, and delivering results within a dynamic and fast-paced environment. We value candidates that are proactive, solution oriented, have a growth mindset and aren't afraid to take accountability when needed and have the willingness to learn!

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of engineers to ensure timely and successful completion of projects
• Work closely with the teams lead to align on vision and create deliverables and milestones for the team. 
• Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed to ensure project goals are met
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including product management, design, and quality assurance, to ensure all project requirements are met
• Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders, including senior management, on a regular basis
• Provide guidance and mentorship to team members to foster a collaborative and high-performing culture
• Identify and mitigate project risks and proactively seek solutions to issues that may arise

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in Project Management 
• Experience leading the development of web and mobile applications
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with YouTube is a plus
• Passion for user-centered design and understanding user needs.
