Role Summary
The project manager leads the software project management activities through various software product development cycles delivering innovative and cost-effective solutions to our customers.
Key Responsibilities

• Work with Program Managers and Feature Owners to identify the scope of engineering project deliverables
• Work with Engineering Managers, Program Managers, and engineering teams to develop internal project timelines and milestones
• Work with the engineering teams to measure and improve efforts estimation accuracy over time
• Facilitate cross-team collaboration by driving interface discussions and ensuring smooth hand-offs
• Coordinate and supervise day-to-day team activities, including but not limited to: Sprint planning/reviews (Agile-like processes) & Software verification and hand-off to System/Test
• Report project team and project progress on a regular cadence
• Ensure smooth communication as applicable to projects: among team members, between peer teams (local and global) and between the team and project and senior management.
• Facilitate timely answers to team member questions and issues

Key Qualifications/Requirements
Education

• BS or MS in Engineering; Computer Science, Electrical, Aerospace, or Robotics or a related field, or equivalent practical experience

Experience

• Experience managing software projects / programs
• Experienced with modern software tools and design patterns
• Experienced with software verification and production deployment
• Solid technical background to understand project complexities and represent the engineering teams during program/product discussions.
• Use of planning and tracking software (MS Project, Jira, etc.)
