Key Responsibilities:

• Leading and managing multiple projects from initiation to successful completion.

• Serving as the primary point of contact for clients ensuring their needs and expectations are met throughout the project lifecycle.

• Collaborating closely with Neptune’s software sales team to understand client requirements providing valuable input on project feasibility timelines and budgets.

• Taking ownership of project budgets ensuring cost-effective resource allocation and profitability.

• Negotiating contracts ensuring mutually beneficial terms and conditions for both clients and Neptune Software.

• Coordinating and overseeing project teams ensuring seamless communication and task execution.

• Conducting regular project status meetings reporting on progress risks and issue resolution.

• Monitoring project timelines and milestones proactively identifying and addressing any deviations.

• Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction by exceeding client expectations and delivering exceptional results.

• Bachelor’s degree in either Business Administration IT or Engineering.

• Proven experience in sales project management or a related role – SAP experience is seen as advantageous

• Strong negotiation skills and a track record of successful contract management.

• Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to motivate and guide project teams.

• Proficient in project management software and tools.
