What are we looking for?
We seek a project manager with hands-on experience developing and supporting software products and services on cloud platforms. The ideal candidate would have rich experience building SaaS products/services and incrementally deploying them on cloud environments with a deep understanding of platform development system design associated tools technologies and best practices. Experience in Test-driven development quality through automation application security etc. would be a plus.

Responsibilities

• You will be responsible for leading software development projects to bring mission critical Business Automation offerings to market.
• You will work with the international engineering teams product management teams and designers to develop and execute scope and schedule of the solutions.
• You will manage the release schedules critical deliverables key milestones and other key requirements for successful delivery.
• You will manage a detailed plan to ensure the progress against the established plan and make determinations based on risks and issues to update schedule to meet product requirements schedule and quality criteria.
• You will be responsible for putting together risk mitigation plans identifying and managing dependencies escalation of issues closely managing scope and schedule.
• You will effectively communicate the progress escalations risks and mitigation plan to product stakeholders.
• You will be proactive and have growth mindset of addressing complex issues.
• You will drive innovation and adoption of new technologies for process optimization.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• 5+ years of experience as senior Project Manager.
• Extensive experience using project planning tools to create manage and track project results.
• Ability to effectively communicate project plans risks and outcomes
• Strong written and oral communication skills.

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

• Experience managing projects and programs in a complex cross-team environment
• Experience with Agile Development Design Thinking and/or Security and Privacy by Design
• IBM PM or PMP/PMI certification preferred.
• Agile Scrum Master Certified preferred.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Development or engineering background preferred

Qualification:
BS / B.Tech or higher degree in Computer Science or related engineering streams
