Project Manager

We are seeking a motivated and organized Project Manager to join our dynamic team.
The chosen candidate will work closely with client stakeholders and technical teams to ensure projects progress seamlessly and meet both client and contractual goals. This position requires effective communication abilities, process-oriented thinking, and a focus on client satisfaction in managing technical projects.

Responsibilities

• Establish supportive communication channels between client stakeholders and technical teams
• Implement procedures to maintain controlled environments
• Oversee resolution of incidents and problems
• Coordinate the scheduling of meetings with client stakeholders and technical teams
• Support onboarding and provide mentorship to new technical team members
• Work with client executives and project leaders to ensure correct project staffing and scheduling
• Update clients on project status, budget, staffing, and milestones
• Monitor and document engagement success according to SLAs and KPIs
• Provide internal updates on engagement health to project leadership
• Serve as the main escalation contact for issues concerning budget, scope, scheduling, resources, and communications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management
• Proficiency in written, verbal, and presentation communication
• Background in Agile methodology
• Expertise in managing Salesforce engagements
• Salesforce Certification is required
• Fluent English communication skills at a B2+ level

• PMP certification
• CSM certification
