Project Manager

$35 - $40 Hourly
Blueprint Test Preparation is seeking a Project Manager to support the various content and production departments within the company. This is a part-time position, based remotely. The role will report to our Director of Content Operations.
What You'll Do
You will be responsible for supporting the Director of Content Operations as project manager serving teams within the Content branch of Blueprint. Your primary responsibility in this role will be to supervise the development, launch, and maintenance/improvement of materials for our best-in-class LSAT, MCAT, and/or Healthcare Professional oriented products. Day-to-day responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Serving as Scrum Master for our internal scrum teams, including running various project planning, status update, and retrospective meetings;
• Crafting and maintaining project planning documentation and metrics (including detailed project charters and project plans) in collaboration with relevant exam or professional specialty-specific content teams and their leadership
• Assist with flexible solutions around timeline adjustments and project scope changes as needed;
• Reporting on project status to the Director of Content Operations (and relevant partners when applicable); and
• Lending support for data entry and general maintenance tasks for our products

You will be successful in this position if you are proactive, collaborative, thorough, and possess strong communication, problem-solving, and time management skills. If you prove proficient in these tasks, additional responsibilities and hours may be added if you want them. Additional tasks over time may expand to include supervising multiple teams and their related projects.
Who You Are

• 2+ years of project management experience
• Familiarity with or willingness to learn agile methodologies (such as scrum) as it relates to project management
• Experience with project management software; solid understanding of Asana is a plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in a remote working environment
• College degree
• While not required, knowledge of the test prep or education industry is a plus
