Project Manager

Responsible for managing financial data across various internal client teams. This is a highly cross functional role requiring strong communication skills and strict deadlines. We are seeking someone who is very detail-oriented and comfortable with analyzing financial data. The ideal candidate should be familiar with industry standard finance terminology and be able to analyze and create reports for senior level management.

Must be available to work PST Hours

Responsibilities:

• Manage financial data including forecasting, producing monthly reports, tracking budget spend, and any other ad-hoc requests as needed
• Communicate and collaborate with other internal teams such as finance, business ops, and procurement
• Auditing financial information to ensure consistency in data across different platforms
• Manage and upkeep multiple spreadsheets containing budget information
• Create financial reports monthly and as needed

Requirements

Skills/Qualifications:

• 3-5 years minimum experience in operations project management
• Have a background in Finance
• High proficiency working with spreadsheets (Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets)
• Excellent communication skills (written & spoken)
• Strong attention to detail

Preferred Attributes:

• Have experience with contract management
• Have experience working collaboratively with vendors
