POSITION: Project Manager

LOCATION: 5200 N. Sam Houston Parkway West Houston, TX 77086

DUTIES: Responsible for the overall execution of Automation Lifecycle Management (ALM) programs, designed to support, enhance, and optimize customer automation technology, specifically applications developed to run on NOVOS. Manage customer agreements, which include organization of application development and testing, setup of application monitoring dashboards, app deployment, installation, customer management, engagement, and the coordination of virtual simulator delivery, training, and support. Day to day project management responsibilities include understanding the phase and status of all programs and the necessary issue resolution and future action plan. Responsible for the management of project schedules and the timely completion of work. Facilitate internal and customer facing meetings. Prepare and transmit required program documentation. Monitor and control financial health related to the scope of work as agreed with customers. Provide technical insight and feedback to the Sales team in support of Business Development. Generate lessons learned and support process improvement. Work with the company Aftermarket business. Utilize knowledge of company drilling equipment. Controlling project's financial health. Work with process creation and improvement. Utilize business intelligence tools. Utilize Microsoft business tools and suite Excel, SharePoint, OneDrive and ERP systems.

REQUIREMENTS: Requires a Bachelor's Degree or foreign equivalent degree in Business Management or Project Management and two (2) years of experience in the job offered or two (2) years of experience working with the company Aftermarket business; controlling project's financial health; working with process creation and improvement; utilizing business intelligence tools; and utilizing Microsoft business tools and suite Excel, SharePoint, OneDrive and ERP systems.

In lieu of a Bachelor's degree, the employer will accept an additional two (2) years of experience working with the company Aftermarket business; controlling project's financial health; working with process creation and improvement; utilizing business intelligence tools; and utilizing Microsoft business tools and suite Excel, SharePoint, OneDrive and ERP systems.
