Project Manager
Job Description
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery
- Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project requirements are met and delivered on time
- Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies
- Communicate project status and progress to stakeholders and senior management
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and partners
- Conduct regular project reviews to ensure continuous improvement and optimize project delivery processes
- Foster a culture of teamwork, collaboration, and accountability within the project team
- Ensure compliance with relevant policies, regulations, and quality standards
- Continuously monitor and assess project performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed
Requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, engineering, or related field
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex digital projects from initiation to closure
- Experience in the healthcare industry or a related field is a plus
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools, including Agile and Scrum
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and rapidly changing environment
