Working alongside Cloud solutions consultants, project managers and customer success managers to deliver customer projects across numerous industries which deliver immediate ROI and a strong development foundation for the client moving forward and helping them on their development journey.

The Project Manager role will manage multiple projects from inception through completion in accordance with Blue Prism guidelines and best practices. Providing project assurance to stakeholders internally and externally. The candidate will also ensure projects are delivered in line with best practice project management techniques appropriate to the type and scale of projects and delivering the identified project outcome(s).

Requirements

• Past or present qualification(s) in project management
• PMP, Agile, PRINCE2 qualifications (desirable
• Minimum 5-year experience in a client-facing project/program/portfolio management role
• Experience with matrix managed resources
• Experience with MS Project
• Experience working with Project Online/Project Server (desirable)
• Experience with PRINCE2/ Agile methodologies
• Experience working with Power BI (strongly desirable)
• Experience working within RPA (desirable)
• Experience in delivery of IaaS, PaaS, or SaaS projects
• Experience in professional service project delivery
• Strong documentation, written, and verbal communication skills
• Strong reporting and stakeholder management skills
• Attention to detail and workload prioritization
• Effective presentation of management and control

Responsibilities:

• Accountable to drive, control and manage multiple projects simultaneously to time, cost, quality, and scope
• Management of a number of projects, effectively managing their dependencies and aligning resources to support their delivery
• Management of the project plan (using MS Project)
• Effective management and control of change
• Resource management to include, matrix managed resources
• Management of project and portfolio risks and issues
• Stakeholder management to include: communication, expectation management, reporting, escalation management, and action tracking as appropriate to drive internal activity
• Ensure project success criteria are met before project completion
• Responsible for handover to Blue Prism support and client acceptance
• Contribution to a consistent and effective approach to portfolio management
• Contribution to a suitable governance framework in order to deliver the necessary portfolio management improvements, road map, and business objectives
• Providing guidance to the project team as well as building & managing meaningful & supportive relationships across the organization
• Communication to internal and external stakeholders
• Management of changes through the change board
• Planning and Resourcing
• Risk and Issue Management
• Task/action tracking and coordination
• Running multiple projects simultaneously
• Contribution to portfolio governance reviews
