The Role

We are looking for a Project Manager to work within client teams across the business. The role will specialize in an area of production and become a defining and guiding force at JKR from a 360 creative perspective. As a member of a well-rounded team of specialists, you will be pivotal in guiding and developing work across the business, working on specific client work across several verticals on the business ecosystem. Project Managers will also function as their own standalone team, contributing to scoping new work collectively.

You will report to the Director of Creative Services.

You will:

• Act as liaison between internal and external teams
• Route and track creative changes through the studio, and making sure all internal and external needs are being met
• Work with external vendors to get accurate cost estimates for scopes of work and production
• Recommend solutions and vendors for various project types in various scopes
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, to specification, and at the highest quality
• Work with finance to oversee the billing process and budget
• Attend client meetings and design meetings
• Support the new business teams through SOW development to ensure accurate successful resourcing and project planning
• Monitor, track, and produce projects tracked via Asana

Requirements

• Experience as a successful Program Manager, Producer or Project Manager with a creative agency background and knowledge of project work done in them
• Work well with creative teams internally to identify creative solutions to problems
• Comfortable when dealing with clients, calm under pressure and extremely detail oriented
• Demonstrate proven ability to take on a project from start to finish, guiding a team and being proactive
• Experience in Asana or other comparable project management software

• Compensation Range: $60,000 - $90,000 annually

Where a prospective employee will be paid within the compensation range listed above will depend on a number of factors including but not limited to the candidate's depth of experience and qualifications; the level of specialization the role requires; budgetary considerations, and the local market conditions that exist where the employee will be based.
