Project Manager
Job Description
Must have skills:
- Candidate must be local to Indianapolis. It is onsite position from Day 1
- 5-7 Years of total IT experience with 2-3 years of IT project management experience traditional or Agile methodologies
- Hands-on experience with MS Project and JIRA
- Deep understanding and practical implementation of Project Management Institutes Process Groups(initiating, Planning, Executing, Monitoring & Controlling, Closing) and Knowledge Areas (Integration Management, Scope Management, Schedule Management, Cost Management, Quality Management, Resource Management, Communications Management, Risk Management, Stakeholder Management)
- Above par grasp and practical implementation of Scrum ceremonies such as Daily Standup, Backlog refinement, Sprint Review, Sprint Retrospective etc.
- Understands concept of individual-leadership, one who can set the project up for success by collaborating with all stakeholders and ultimately leading the project to success.
- Above par written, verbal and presentation skills.
Salary - 80 - 90K USD
