PROJECT MANAGER

Reporting directly to the Assistant Vice President of Nursing , this position will support the Moses Nursing Leadership Team in the

management of multiple projects and the collection, compilation and analysis of market intelligence, planning data, organizational data, financial data, performance data, public health data, and consumer data. He/She will also help develop business plans, projects time lines, and milestones.

Education Required - Bachelor Degree

Education Preferred - Master Degree

• Experience working with and analyzing large data sets and comfort with thinking critically about data.

• Experience in practical application of basic statistical analysis to business problems and situations.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.

• Highly motivated, self-starter with the ability to adapt to change, exercise initiative and use independent judgment.

• Strong organizational and project management skills.

• Proven ability to develop camaraderie with teams, to elicit group participation and to help team members become comfortable working with each other.

• Performs confidential administrative and project management duties which requires discretion and independent judgment.

• Projects a professional company image through in-person, electronic or telephone interactions.

• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint, Word, & Outlook. Experience with any mapping software is also valuable.

• Bachelor's or master's degree in health administration, business administration, finance or related field preferred; however, candidates from other backgrounds with strong interest in field and analytical skills are encouraged to apply.

Experience in healthcare and/or strategy operations role within a complex organization preferred.
