The Role

A Nordic project manager will lead Digital Health projects for Nordic clients. You will need to be able to communicate with executives, peers, and project team members alike on respective projects. Our PMs need to excel at effectively guiding projects using a variety of tools and methodologies and managing the internal processes that ensure project profitability. We are looking for an experienced health IT project manager who understands how to make it about "we" in meeting the needs and goals of the people and the project. Here are a few things you will need:

Key Responsibilities

The Digital Health Project Manager's responsibilities include, but are not limited to
  • Partnering with clients in all phases of Digital Health projects, from strategy to successful implementations and project closeout
  • Working closely with Digital Health Engagement Advisors to build and execute project plans that meet customer business needs.
  • Effectively lead day to day requirements of projects using client project management infrastructure and methodology
  • Maintain project schedule, budget data, and other project documentation
  • Ensure lessons learned are documented and internal presentations are updated with current best practices

  • Continuously improving process and internal support documents
  • Creating status reports documenting team productivity and operational metrics
  • Working on projects that may be assigned on an ad hoc basis and may assist other corporate initiatives as necessary, directed, assigned, or requested


Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

  • 3+ years' experience as a Project Manager
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to organize

  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment
  • Quantitative and/or data analysis skills and experience required
  • Healthcare IT experience; preferred
  • Epic or Cerner experience; strongly preferred
  • Knowledge of ITIL processes, previous management and project management experience, and participation in previous systems implementations, preferred

  • PMP Certification, preferred

  • Travel up to 10% of the time
