Position Title : Project Manager

Location : 318 Seaboard Lane, Ste. 110, Franklin, TN 37067

Position Responsibilities: Conduct complex IT project management tasks, gathering and analyzing business needs, for translating processes into design for software development. Coordinate internal IT resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects. Ensure that all IT projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget. Assist in determining the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility. Ensure resource availability and allocation to projects to ensure project and IT business needs are met. Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress of projects. Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques. Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques. Report and escalate any issues or roadblocks to senior management as needed. Perform risk management to minimize project risks. Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors. Create and maintain comprehensive IT project documentation, and, coordinate release content and effort based on the service request backlog, pending service requests, third party applications, or operating system updates.

Position Requirements: Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related field, PLUS five (5) years of experience in the job offered or a related position. Experience must include demonstrable knowledge of: Java; J2EE; DB2; Tableau; Visio; Crystal Report; SharePoint; Quickbase; Rational ClearQuest; Rally; IBM Rational Requirements Composer (RRC), and; IBM Rational Team Concert (RTC). Travel to unanticipated client locations approximately 30%, as required.
