Project Manager

Linkwell Health, the premier consumer experience company serving health plans and health services organizations, seeks a Project Manager. In this role you will work with Linkwell’s Technology and Client Success teams to deliver high-impact solutions, improve business process, and maintain transparency.

In this position, your key performance areas (KPAs) will include:

Process Improvement

• Upgrade project management systems and tools to keep pace with business growth.
• Standardize client implementation procedures and documentation.
• Ensure creative assets and technical deliverables are kept on track.
• Identify, organize, and manage appropriate resources to deliver client projects.
• Assess and select vendors when appropriate.

Technical Expertise

• Develop expertise around Linkwell’s product set and ensure clients use best practices.
• Ability to work closely with technical resources to troubleshoot issues and improve the product.
• Write user stories, set milestones, and coordinate resources through project delivery.
• Develop QA scripts and lead projects through the deployment process.

Client Success

• Flag and escalate issues that could result in program missing key targets.
• Establish and maintain good working relationships with counterparts at client organizations.
• Create programs that deliver results and exceed client expectations.

In this position, your key performance indicators (KPIs) will include:

• Lead effective internal and client-facing project status meetings.
• Project milestones are published consistently and updated regularly.
• Project schedules and budgets are met consistently.
• Communicate clearly and effectively.

Our ideal candidate will have:

• Bachelor’s degree + 5 years applicable experience.
• Experience working with Drupal and other Web content management systems.
• Experience writing user stories or similar requirements documentation.
• Experience setting a budget and schedule for digital projects.
• Experience with ClickUp, Trello, or a similar project management tool.
• Ability to manage multiple vendors.
• Ability to adapt and contribute in a fluid, fast-paced, environment.
• Attention to detail and the confidence to make decisions independently.
