Job Description
Drake Cooper is seeking an experienced project manager to work on one of our largest accounts, with a heavy focus on website and email projectsThe Project Manager is the hub of all agency projects, owning timeline development, project workflow tracking, and deadline delivery. Working closely with the agency's cross-functional teams, the PM manages internal expectations and risks, identifying issues early and suggesting viable solutions. The PM is able to juggle, reprioritize, and negotiate trade-offs to deliver on time, within budget, and against project objectives.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Leads project workflow by planning, tracking, managing, and driving all steps in the project life cycle (including strategy and media milestones) for both simple and complex projects.
- Projects could range from UX and website feature development or large fully integrated campaigns (TV, print, digital, outdoor) to smaller email marketing projects
- Collaborates with and communicates with cross-functional teams and PMs to manage expectations and keep teams aligned
- Prioritizes project workflows based on changing dynamics/resource availability
- Raises potential risks to the internal team by proactively identifying issues and proposing real-time solutions
- Asks key questions to gain clarity around project needs in order to facilitate next steps/action items

QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years experience at an advertising agency, digital experience required
- Experience with ClickUp or similar project management tool preferred
- Sharp attention to detail with extreme organizational skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong interpersonal skills, highly adaptable, and extremely resourceful
LOCATION: Boise, Idaho - Preferred
Drake Cooper is Your Choice, Hybrid. This means we support your choice to work from wherever you'd like, but we also have an office in Boise, Idaho where you can work from (no 'in-office' mandates). We will cover relocation costs if you want to join us in Boise.
