Project Manager

Project Managers initiate, plan, execute, monitor, control, and close out projects while supporting business objectives according to deadlines within budget. We are looking for a candidate who can effectively manage risk, maximize profits, and further our customer relationship.

WHAT HELIOS NEEDS FROM YOU:

• Prepare and monitor project estimates, budgets, schedules, and assist in project contract negotiations. 
• Participate in the conceptual development of projects and oversee organization, scheduling, and execution while working closely with owners, general contractors, architects, and engineers to resolve design related construction issues. 
• Plan, organize, direct and coordinate workforce, equipment, tools, and supply needs to achieve project objectives. 
• Manage administrative aspects of contracts by working closely with staff and communicating details to appropriate parties. 
• Plan submittals, project permitting, and inspection compliance. 
• Complete job closeout process including resolution of punch list items, recording of as-built drawings, test and balance report filing, and warranty items. 

WHAT SETS YOU APART:

• HVAC industry experience required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience directly managing unit replacements and new installations. 
• Ability to effectively read and understand mechanical plans, specifications, and construction bulletin details. 
• Excellent analytical, problem solving, strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. 
• Proficient computer and Microsoft application skills. 
• Detail oriented, self-motivated, and works well under pressure. 

Advanced Climate Solutions, a Helios company, determines compensation based on the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $25 to $30/hour. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
