Job Summary
Project Manager will be responsible for managing and directing the implementation of one or more small to medium-scale Customer Experience, Operations, Field Service, Sales, Marketing or Product release projects as assigned by the Director for Project Management Office. The Project Manager will also be directly responsible for managing/overseeing project: scope, cost, schedule, risks/issues, human resources, communications and change requests. Additionally, the Project Manager will coordinate project resources across many business and technology groups ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality projects. The key focus of this position is overall management of all projects across multiple business groups providing delivery of such projects on-time, on-budget with required business functionality.
Responsibilities
- Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
- Direct and manage complete life-cycle of projects including the planning, design, programming, testing, and implementation of business solutions designed to meet requirements of various departments in the company.
- Develop full-scale project plans and associated communication documents.
- Determines project needs and acquires resources required for the success of the project.
- Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
- Ensures delivery of project objectives within prescribed timeframe and budget.
- Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team.
- Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path.
- Develop and deliver progress reports, requirement and other PMO methodology documentation.
- Facilitate status meetings with project stakeholders.
- Responsible for overall coordination of user acceptance testing and training.
- Develop best practices and tools for project execution and management.
- Manage resource capacity to align with on-going project initiatives and overall budgetary goals.
- Help develop training materials as needed for the rollout of new business processes.
- Ensures project document are complete, current, and stored appropriately.
- Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in technical or related field required.
- PMP certification preferred.
- Minimum six years of project management experience required.
- Experience managing projects in Waterfall and Agile required.
- Excellent oral/written communication skills; ability to effectively, clearly, and concisely communicate across all levels of leadership.
- Thrives on team building and understanding of program/project best practice methodologies required.
- PMO experience and proficiency with project management software required to manage a PMO, i.e., dashboard reporting, program management and all additional technologies (i.e. PM platforms, Salesforce, SharePoint) and ability to learn new internal PM software required.
- Ability to work with vendors and provide strong project support required.

This position is identified as being performed in/or reporting to company operations in New York State. Salary ranges are supplied in compliance with New York State law. Pay is competitive and based on a number of job-related factors, including skills and experience. The starting pay rate/range at time of hire for this position in the posted location is $59,758.00 - $95,613.00 /year. The rate/Range provided herein is the anticipated pay at the time of hire, and does not reflect future job opportunity.
