Due to continued growth, we have a fantastic opportunity for a talented Project Manager to join our Creative and Applications Development team. You will lead the end-to-end execution of creative and digital medical education and marketing solutions, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget for our healthcare clients. 

Responsibilities: 

• Define clear project parameters, including scope, schedule, budgets, and technical specifications.
• Build, maintain, and grow relationships with both internal stakeholders and external clients.
• Collaborate with agency client services teams to support digital and creative business development and present our capabilities.
• Oversee resource management, project intake, and coordination across internal and external team members.
• Drive continuous improvement in internal processes to enhance efficiency and project execution.
• Lead the end-to-end creative and digital production process, ensuring projects meet timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Support the development and mentorship of junior team members.

Education, Experience, and Skills: 

• Experience in digital project management, with agency experience preferred.
• Proven track record of successfully managing design and digital projects from inception through delivery.
• Exceptional client management skills, including experience developing and managing budgets and SOWs.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills across multiple channels.
• Familiarity with digital tools and platforms, such as Adobe Creative Suite, project management tools (Jira, Hive), and web development technologies.
• Healthcare industry experience is desirable; experience in regulated or compliance-driven industries is beneficial.
• Strong organizational, time management, and presentation skills.
• Experience with print production is a plus.
