Project Manager

Reporting to Corporate PMO office, the Project Manager (PM) will lead multiple key corporate initiatives that have influential impacts to multiple organizations. The PM will manage the entire life cycle and all aspects of each project, and coordinate with key stakeholders across multiple organizations to ensure on-time on-budget execution of each project.

What You'll Do:

• Coordinate with leadership teams and key stakeholders to define project scope and set the strategic direction
• Create a detailed project management plan
• Create a project budget and saving/revenue expectations
• Lead daily/weekly stand-ups and meetings
• Collaborate with the project team to assign, prioritize and track project tasks
• Collaborate with the project team to identify and manage project risks
• Track project performance and provide weekly/monthly/quarterly updates to PMO and leadership team
• Manage communication with external and internal stakeholders (customers, sponsors, leadership team, etc.)
• Coordinate with each functional team on resource planning and change management
• Ensure compliance with PMO guiding principles and Project Management framework
• Foster a culture based on accountability

What You'll Need:

• Completed Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Science, Management or related discipline
• Minimum of 2 years of Project Management experience
• Knowledge of Project Management methodologies, tools, and best-known practices
• Previous experience in Medical device industry or contract manufacturing preferred
• PMP certificate preferred
