GENERAL PURPOSE

The Project Manager leads people who perform project management duties involving cross-functional teams focused on delivery of innovative products and services for the C2G brand. Oversees plans and directs schedules as well as project budgets. Monitors programs/projects from initiation through delivery and interfacing with internal customers or department personnel. Organizes project activities and interdepartmental meetings; ensures communication facilitates completion of the program/project on schedule and within budget constrain.

This is an individual contributor role that requires the use of judgement in applying professional expertise and is expected to work independently with minimal supervision. The job requires professional knowledge gained through applicable work experience to supplement formal knowledge, to apply principles and concepts of own subject/technical discipline in resolving issues as they arrive. The job requires attention to detail in making evaluative judgments based on the analysis of factual information.

DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Identifies project scope; coordinates with Engineering, Product Management, Sales, Finance and other stakeholders to identify requirements, schedule, budget, and allotment of resources• Develops project plans including but not limited to resourcing, identification of risks, budget, resource requirements, and analysis of development alternatives and communicates with the team.• Responsible for managing multiple projects concurrently while maintaining high quality and customer satisfaction standards.• Provides accurate revenue forecasting to higher level management on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis.• Develops, tracks, maintains, and manages project plan, budget, and timeline.• Communicates the status of projects to an array of internal customers• Provides additional documentation on project as needed.• Identifies, tracks, and resolves all project risks and issues.• Establishes, modifies, implements, and monitors systems and procedures to enhance timely and efficient workflow.• Develops and evaluates resource and staffing plan; monitors schedules and workflow.• Assigns duties and monitors quality of work; assures staff conforms to organizational policies and procedures and government regulations.• Provides day-to-day guidance for project activities; actively works to promote and recognize performance.• Keeps up to date on overall activities of the team, identifying problem areas and taking corrective actions.• Manages project transitions between functional groups and project phases.• Resolves conflicts and keeps morale up.• Other duties as assigned by manager.

Minimum Education and Experience Required:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, engineering or related technical degree with a minimum of 1-2 years of project management experience or combination of relevant education and experience.

WORKING CONDITIONS/PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to make coordinated movements of the fingers for using a keyboard.

• General office environment.
