Project Manager

We are looking for passionate Project Manager to join our team.

A Day in the Life of a Project Manager will include

• Oversee the planning, execution and completion of projects, ensuring alignment with project requirements
• Coordinate with team members, stakeholders and external vendors to define project goals, deliverables, and timelines
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with stakeholders
• Manage project risks and issues, implementing effective mitigation strategies
• Ensure effective communication between team members and stakeholders
• Collaborate with internal and external IT teams to achieve project objectives
• Monitor and report on project progress, providing regular updates to management.
• Conduct project assessments and lead lessons learned sessions
• Foster a collaborative team environment and promote a culture of continuous improvement
• Facilitate change management processes
• Ensuring that all activities and duties are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements and supporting the continued implementation of the Group Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy.

• University degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, IT)
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Project Management
• Experience in running digitization projects is considered an asset
• Experience with quality procedures (e.g ISO 9001) related to project audits
• Proficient in project management software and tools (e.g MS Project , Jira, Azure DevOps)
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience and willingness to work in an international/multicultural environment
• Excellent knowledge of English language (written and verbal)

Additional Qualification, knowledge and skills:

• Relevant certifications in internationally recognized project management methodologies (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2)
