Responsibilities
- Managing and directing the implementation of one or more small to medium-scale Customer Experience strategic projects as assigned by the Director of Business Process Management. Responsible for managing/overseeing all areas of the project lifecycle. Coordinate project resources across many business and technology groups ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality projects. Key focus of this position is overall management of cross functional projects ensuring on-time delivery with required business functionality.

Qualifications
- Minimum five years of project management responsibility or equivalent related work experience, demonstrating leadership skills, ability to manage technical and non-technical staff, small to medium-scale Projects through all stages of project life-cycle phases (cross functional experience highly desirable)
- Formal project management training/certification (e.g., Project Management Institute- Project Management Professional (PMP)) is preferred
- Strong understanding of cable industry, digital solutions and customer experiences in the development, and implementation of projects, preferably across multiple business groups.
- Sound decision making ability, analytical reasoning and organizational skills with the ability to successfully complete multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience with presentation skills to draft professional, formal briefing material
- Experience coordinating project execution, and communicating succinct project status' with multiple functional groups such as IT, Product, Marketing, Field Services and Operations teams
- Ability to interpret data analyses for operational insights and areas of needed improvement
- Knowledge of digital solutions, customer care centers (Operations), and customer experiences (e.g. SMS, Messaging, Chatbots, IVR, Verint Voice and Screen recordings, Qualtrics Surveys, agent metrics and desktop tools, and customer and agent experience).
- Detailed knowledge and use of PowerPoint, Visio, Excel, Teams, Clarity, and SharePoint
- Knowledge of formal software development lifecycle methodologies, including: Waterfall, and Agile
