Oomnitza offers the industry’s most versatile Enterprise Technology Management platform that orchestrates and automates key business processes for IT. Our SaaS solution, with agentless integrations, best practices and low-code workflows, enables enterprises to leverage their existing infrastructure systems and automate processes such as offboarding, onboarding, audit readiness, refresh forecasting and more, thereby reducing reliance on error-prone manual tasks and tickets. We help some of the most well-known and innovative companies to improve efficiency, expedite audits, mitigate cyber risk and eliminate redundant IT spend. 

We have a great product and an impressive roster of ‘name-brand’ customers and we are now looking to rapidly scale the business. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated Project Manager to have a huge impact on the business. This role will be fully remote within Ireland and will have the following work schedule: 9-5:30 pm Monday and Friday, 1-9 pm Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday.


Responsibilities:
  • The Project Manager manages assigned projects and implementation teams, working directly with Sales, Services, Development and Customer Success to deliver services solutions to Oomnitza customers on time and within budget.
  • Work with the project team to achieve high client satisfaction and the ability to measure effectiveness of client solution to the Statement of Work
  • Ability to articulate company products and solutions to customers as well as Oomnitza’s value proposition
  • Proactively manage and balance customer requirements, timelines, budget, resources, expectations and change requests
  • Provide direction and motivate resources, both internal and client-based, to achieve desired results
  • Consistently uses, helps develop, and improves delivery methodology and tools
  • Ensure accurate and timely administration of assigned projects including time/expense tracking and status reporting


  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of relevant implementation and/or project management experience 
  • Proven ability to estimate and manage projects to time and budget constraints
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, listening, and comprehension skills with the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of customer and internal personnel
  • Strategic, tactical, creative, solutions-oriented thinker
  • Strong project estimation skills preferred
  • Knowledge of agile and structured waterfall implementation techniques preferred
  • Experience in a start-up environment and/or automated asset management software solutions preferred
