Your Role and Responsibilities
As a Project Manager within the Integration business you will play a key role in the success of one of IBM Automation’s growth initiatives. This role overseas the development certification and delivery of the Cloud Pak for Integration capabilities that help customers integrate systems cross the globe.

At IBM our Project Managers excel by leading and coordinating a project team’s overall performance scope cost and deliverables. Our clients rely on timely and efficient status reports and as Project Manager you will drive the charge with project direction metric definition and performance management. As a Project Manager in the IBM Integration organization you will use your knowledge and experience to help IBM achieve business priorities. You will be part of an agile engineering organization that embraces open communication empowerment innovation teamwork and a shared focus on customer success. You will also be working collaboratively with Product Management Development leadership and other senior technical members.
As a Project Manager you will:

• Manage complex projects including planning execution and delivery
• Work across the various team’s portfolio to manage multiple complex projects – both delivery and financial health
• Work with the Development Product Management and Executive team to communicate status risks issues and drive successful delivery
• Drive growth through identification of new strategies based on successful delivery
• Ensure compliance with all management policies plans and procedures
• Regularly interface with all levels of IBM management and other IBM teams providing services to the project
• Detail project inputs to internal and external reporting
• Collaborate with globally distributed teams

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• At least 5 years of Project Management experience demonstrating an ability to organise others within complex projects
• Understanding of Agile and Iterative implementation methodologies
• Bachelor’s Degree
• PMP Certification
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of Cloud technology
• Curam Certified Professional (Preferred)
