Project Manager

We are looking for a Professional Services Manager to deliver high quality projects to our customers. You will oversee the planning, execution and delivery of bespoke projects, agreeing deliverables with customers to meet their needs. In this pivotal role, you will be key in driving customer satisfaction and ensuring a great experience for our users.
What you'll do:

• Work with customers on bespoke project requests, understanding needs, expectations and ensure delivery of solutions that meet their needs
• Build strong relationships with customers, to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction while managing expectations
• Collaborate with internal teams on customer requests
• Plan, execute and deliver projects in time and to budget

What you'll bring:

• Proven experience of managing and developing a service strategy
• Demonstrable experience of building positive customer relationships
• Experience of delivering projects on time and to budget
• Excellent and communication and organisation skills
• Prior experience of working in a customer facing role, such as account management, customer service or a consulting role would be highly beneficial
• Knowledge of our Connected Care portfolio would be an advantage
