Project Manager

This is a full-time, direct placement role at Piece Management, Inc.

Since established in 1985, Piece Management Inc. has championed facility maintenance resulting in our evolution into a diverse commercial renovation and construction firm. In 2013 Piece Management, Inc. became an employee owned (ESOP) company. PMI currently boasts the ability to fabricate millwork for our growing list of clients through our in-house millwork shop. This capability enables our firm to be extremely competitive and can ensure timely scheduling by eliminating normally long lead times for many items.

We currently have the following position available:

Project Manager - Millwork Operations

This position reports to the Vice President of our Millwork Division and is primarily responsible for facilitating a smooth flow of our millwork packages from Estimating to Design to Production to Delivery.

Duties and Responsibilities:• Estimating for new millwork package requests• Production scheduling• Maintain customer relationships

This position will require a daily presence at our Westbury-NY millwork fabrication facility.

Requirements

• Experience: 5-years in a project management capacity working in the millwork industry

Key Competencies:

• Ability to manage multiple projects on time and within budget
• STRONG knowledge required in Excel and Google Sheets
• Knowledge of AutoCad & Sketchup a Plus
• Understanding of the means and methods for the engineering, fabrication, finishing and installation of architectural woodwork, casework and millwork
• Excellent organization, communication skills and a clean appearance

Salary Description

$80,000 - $100,000
