Project Manager

Job Description

Fugro Norway are seeking a skilled Project Manager with a technical-scientific background to join our team. This role involves leading a variety of projects while maintaining quality and service. You will be part of a dynamic team dedicated to delivering high-quality data and services to our clients both domestic and abroad.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain good relationships with clients, making sure their needs are met.
• Help integrate and expand systems during client visits, finding new growth opportunities.
• Make sure projects meet contract requirements and are completed on time and to company standards.
• Write reports to document project progress and results.
• Help choose and prepare equipment for site visits, coordinating follow-up actions with engineers.
• Write technical and operational reports.

Requirements:

• MSc or BSc in Surveying, Geoscience, Engineering, Business Management, or Project Management.
• At least 6 years of offshore field experience or proven project management experience.
• Fluent in Norwegian and English.
• Confidence to engage with individuals at all levels.
• Willingness to travel for project kick off and client meetings.
