About the Role: 

Unite Us is hiring a hyper-organized Project Manager with a knack for planning and a passion for public health. You will be responsible for appropriately customizing project plans from our standard suite of tools to best fit implementation needs, and being reliable in ensuring all project team members are following set communication and reporting mechanisms. You will act as both a strategic and tactical partner to our internal teams, going beyond creating project plans to ensure teams are proactively addressing gaps/risks and efficiently working together. You will respond to special initiatives that arise in the dynamic start-up environment and provide the necessary coordination to bring stakeholders together around common objectives.


What You’ll Do: 

  • Help define project scope, goals and deliverables
  • Create and maintain detailed implementation plan that aligns with project goals and meets client deadlines
  • Coordinate with account teams to ensure project segments are aligned, implementation is on schedule, and communication is consistent
  • Respond and execute on ad-hoc project requests, identify time and resources needed to complete 
  • Identify resources needed for project success
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Networks, and Technology teams to streamline workflows and create a seamless customer experience
  • Identify issues and risks to project success and set an action plan in place to resolve
  • Monitor and report on the project’s progress to internal stakeholders
  • Analyze data to provide deeper insights and smarter understanding of customer operations, opportunities for improvement and areas of strength

Environmental Job Requirements & Working Conditions: 

  • This position is remote, U.S. based.
  • The target pay range for this role is: $75,000 - $80,000. This salary range represents our national target range for this role. Some geographic areas may have higher target ranges.
  • All team members in departments that must be available for in person meetings (currently Customer Success, Networks & Sales) must submit proof of Covid-19 vaccination and booster, or receive an approved accommodation. Accommodations will be reviewed and approved on an individual basis.
