Project Manager

CSE Software®, a global IT development company, seeks a full-time Project Manager. The person in this position will develop and monitor technology project schedules and budgets from scope and requirements to delivery. The person will coordinate with multiple departments and client contacts, to ensure project deadlines are met within scope and budget. Successful candidates will have a strong technical background, be detail driven, have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, demonstrate strong business judgement, and have experience leading cross-functional teams.

Major Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and finalize projects according to deadlines and within budget
• Estimate the resources needed to achieve project goals
• Define the project's objectives and oversee quality control throughout its life cycle
• Track project milestones and deliverables and create project definition
• Coordinate meetings with customer and as needed with team
• Listen and assess customer needs

Qualifications

• Exhibits a desire to build and maintain rapport with customers
• Experience in using Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, and Outlook in order to complete quality work
• Experience as a Scrum Master or with a Scrum team
• Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Possess strong face to face and telephone communication skills
• Experience in a project management capacity, including all aspects of process development and execution
• Familiarity in software development
• Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment is crucial
