The Project Manager position has a thorough knowledge of duties and responsibilities and able to manage small complex projects.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ability to manage small projects
- Revenue quota – $2,000,000 minimum , Gross Profit quota – $400,000 minimum OR previously agreed upon Revenue and GPM Goal
- Act as SPOC and client advocate for selected accounts
- Ensure quality service.
- Maintain schedules.
- Reporting and billing
- Manage costs and forecasts.
- Manage revenue.
- Primary focal point for all customer relationship issues.
- Actively seek new business opportunities within client organization.
- Help identify and manage all customer expectations regarding the scope or SLA.
- Ability to create project plans including schedule, resource, procurement, communication, and risk plans.
- Ability to consistently complete projects within budget and to forecast project financials.
- Maintain the company's high standard of quality and professionalism with regards to workmanship, customer relations, coworkers, behavior, and appearance
- Perform any other duties not specifically stated herein, but which your supervisor may assign.
Qualifications and Experience:
- High school diploma or GED
- WFH but must be able to come in to the office as needed
- College education or degree highly desirable
- Project Management skills and education. PMP is highly desirable.
- 5-7 years of experience as a Project Manager.
- Knowledge of client's environment.
- Highly proficient with use of personal computer, including email, spreadsheets and database Microsoft Office programs.
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Strong attention to detail, organizational and follow-up skills
