Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Ability to manage small projects
• Revenue quota – $2,000,000 minimum , Gross Profit quota – $400,000 minimum OR previously agreed upon Revenue and GPM Goal
• Act as SPOC and client advocate for selected accounts
• Ensure quality service.
• Maintain schedules.
• Reporting and billing
• Manage costs and forecasts.
• Manage revenue.
• Primary focal point for all customer relationship issues.
• Actively seek new business opportunities within client organization.
• Help identify and manage all customer expectations regarding the scope or SLA.
• Ability to create project plans including schedule, resource, procurement, communication, and risk plans.
• Ability to consistently complete projects within budget and to forecast project financials.
• Maintain the company's high standard of quality and professionalism with regards to workmanship, customer relations, coworkers, behavior, and appearance
• Perform any other duties not specifically stated herein, but which your supervisor may assign.

Qualifications and Experience:

• High school diploma or GED
• WFH but must be able to come in to the office as needed
• College education or degree highly desirable
• Project Management skills and education. PMP is highly desirable.
• 5-7 years of experience as a Project Manager.
• Knowledge of client's environment.
• Highly proficient with use of personal computer, including email, spreadsheets and database Microsoft Office programs.
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills
• Strong attention to detail, organizational and follow-up skills
