GreenPath Financial Wellness is amidst a digital transformation journey that will transform how we do business with technology. You will be a co-project manager on this very important product as we design the future product.
You will provide leadership and direction for an enterprise application development project. You will drive and coordinate meetings, manage resources and communicate with stakeholders to ultimately meet the project needs and deadlines.

You Have:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent working experience required
- Project Management experience focused in Application Development is required
- Experience in working with Agile methodologies
- Experience in breaking up user requests into smaller projects
- 3-5 years of experience working in a professional environment that required exceptional communication and influence skills. IT experience is preferred.
- Success promoting diversity and inclusion in the major duties outlined in the job description.
- Distinctive record of accomplishment incorporating diverse perspectives management, leadership and mentoring.
- Experience working in multicultural environments.
- Demonstrated success in team leadership and project management with a proven track record of successfully implementing projects and change within the organization.
- Ability to work independently as well as with a cross functional team
- Strong influencing, conflict management, and negotiation skills
- Ability to provide leadership and influence people across functional areas and within all levels of the organization while under pressure with potentially changing priorities.
- Good interpersonal skills in order to communicate with project teams, management, and other employees.
- Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills
- Proven ability to facilitate discussions with individuals and groups.
- Demonstrated ability to solve problems and formulate recommendations.
- Demonstrates confidence when coaching all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Project,Monday.com, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio, and Azure Dev Ops preferred
- Ability to apply policies and procedures to evaluate actual observed situations.
The Day to Day:
- Collaborate with the manager to create and implement a standardized project reporting format. Utilize consistent project management methodologies and procedures.
- Conduct project meetings and develop detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports.
- Maintain project plans, resource activity, and overall project status for assigned projects.
- Ensure projects are completed timely and within boundaries of agreed upon cost and resources.
- Collaborate with all project team members and stakeholders in order to achieve outcomes, deliverables, and meet deadlines.
- Manage multiple projects concurrently- this will depend on the size and scope of the projects assigned.
- Assemble project teams, in coordination with the functional department heads, and lead core team meetings to drive specific tasks in order to achieve project goals.
- Facilitate meetings, both small and large, to foster collaboration and achieve key results.
- Coordinate and report on project status of current projects- present status and updates to key stakeholders.
- Develop strategies to mitigate potential issues and risks as well as capitalize on opportunities
- Research and develop tools to facilitate project management, issue resolution, prioritization, tracking, and reporting.
- Coach and mentor individuals on the project teams and provide feedback on performance to their Supervisors/Managers.
- Work collaboratively with key stakeholders to support change management activities and to ensure company- wide communications regarding projects are timely and clear.
- Other ad hoc duties as requested by management.
