Project Manager

Join us at Valor Roofing with a position in Project management! We are actively seeking a candidate that will carry out management of residential roofing projects in the greater Jacksonville and St. Augustine area. We are seeking a full time or part time position. The full time and part time position are both Hourly. Must have a truck. OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 is a plus, or will become certified upon hire. Responsibilities: - Coordinate and manage crew projects from initiation to completion - Follow the scope of work per project, timeline, and use resource allocation - Monitor project progress and communicate to Field Manager - Enforce OSHA compliance at all times on the Job Site - Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among team members - Implement project management methodologies and best practices Experience: - Minimum of 1 years of experience in Construction - Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools - Proficiency in using project management software such as Company Cam is a plus, not required - Ability to analyze problems, identify solutions, and implement process improvements - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present information effectively Note: This job description is intended to provide a general overview of the position.
