Job Description:

ABC Imaging has an immediate opening for an ADA signage Project Manager with an interest in working in the signage & Grand format Visual print industry. Qualified candidates must have knowledge of and experience using various graphic design packages We are willing to train the right individual. You will be working directly with a team that supports our Global clients

Responsibilities:

- Develop & track project workflows implementing from sales completion , through project production/close out processes.

- Create and manage production schedules to meet project deadlines.

- Demonstrate a keen eye to QC signage color and finished quality in all projects.

- Oversee the entire project lifecycle, including cost capture during the project. manage change orders ,

- coordinate shipping logistics, tracking all deliverables.

- Utilize Microsoft Excel at a medium level for project management

-willingness to travel to project sites to supervise

- client interface based both from ABC facilities and on client site

Qualifications:

-Must be able to travel occasionally for field supervision and participate in client meetings

-Experience with Estimating, drawing take offs

-Experience reading construction plans and understanding client contracts

- Proficiency with the Adobe Creative Suite, particularly in design applications.

- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members and clients.

- Problem-solving abilities to address challenges that arise during project execution.

- Prior experience in the printing or media industry is preferred but not required ( construction and or architectural background if of interest )

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
