Role Description

• Over 10+ years of experience and at least 5 years of Project/Program management
• Should have Exp. in at least two End to End ERP Implementation onsite Project management Experience and one Upgrade Project exp.
• Requires strong IT background, excellent communication skills and strong presentation skills.
• Experience in confluence, Project plan, WSR & MOM preparation.
• Estimation & planning and review with the customer's senior leaders and managers
• Ensuring Excellent people Management skills
• Stake-holder Management including liaison with Customer Leadership Team with strategic mindset for growth.
• Lead a collaborative environment where both customer and Wipro team are working on same project.
• Tracking & Control of project activities & status reporting
• Identifying issues & risks, work with team in mitigation/action plans and implementing resolution proactively.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 3 years of experience in lieu of every year of education

• Min 5 years of experience in Information Technology
