We are seeking an Analyst to join our Project Management Team.
Responsibilities
- Support a centralized project management team that services various business and development teams and projects. The projects range from revenue-generating client-facing initiatives to internal enhancements.
- Perform critical project management tasks promptly with limited oversight. These activities may include the following:
- Support project governance, routines, and structure
- Establish project plans and timelines.
- Create project tools and accelerators to foster accelerated delivery (dashboards, re-usable templates, playbooks, etc.)
- Perform bi-weekly executive-level progress reporting.
- Be at the forefront of using available technology to improve efficiencies across the end-to-end project management lifecycle.
- Leverage existing project management standardized processes to be used for effective project delivery.
- Analyze project metrics to identify challenges and areas for operational improvement.
- Participate in relevant project management training courses as prescribed by the firm and your manager
- Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a similar field, preferred
- 2 + years of relevant experience; project management experience preferred
- A highly motivated and ambitious individual that is entrepreneurial in nature
- Jira / Confluence power user
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Ability to build and cultivate long-standing working relationships
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Solve problems and learn business rules and processes.
- Quickly grasp complex concepts and make them easily understandable to others
- Deliver high-quality documentation with strong attention to detail
- Work as part of a team and bring a "startup" personality.
