General Summary of Position:

• Manage MFS Wireless Installation Projects/Accounts (USPS LAN Wi-Fi and Lifespace) on a day-to-day basis

• Maintain project budgets, issue and track Change Orders and PO's

• Communicate with Partners & Customers to maintain Project Schedules and meet customer Deadlines

• Coordinate with Sales and Engineering to provide value add solutions for customers

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Project Management of Wi-Fi and LAN installation projects including infrastructure installation

• Communicating with customers and partners

• Purchase order management

• Coordination of Granite Subcontractors

• Tracking and Assembling project deliverables

• Attend Project kickoff and close out calls with customers, as well as update calls if warranted

Required Qualifications:

• 4-year college degree/Military experience OR 2 years' experience managing/coordinating telecommunications infrastructure projects, emphasis on projects involving WiFi and LAN discovery and installation

• Customer Service or Office Organization job experience if no 4-year college degree or 2 years industry experience

• Microsoft Office Proficient - Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams. MS Project & Visio a plus

• Familiar with Adobe Acrobat

• Organizational skills

• M-F availability with afterhours possible depending on project

• Limited Travel may be required

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 4-year college degree/Military experience and experience managing/coordinating telecommunications infrastructure projects
  • Structured Cabling experience including Wireless implementation and Network installations
  • Familiar with Smart Sheets and Microsoft Teams
  • Dispatching experience
  • Purchasing experience
  • Experience with maintaining a budget
  • Ekahua Software experience
